The John Stevens High Breaks Competition

This year, the competition is being played as the John Stevens High Breaks Competition in memory of John who passed away after battling illness for quite some time. John was a player and committee member of the league for quite a number of years. The league would like to pay tribute to all his hard work during his years on the committee and see this as a fitting tribute to an extremely popular person who will be missed by everyone.

The winner of the 2011 High Breaks competition is Mr. Dan Cuthbert. Congratulations to Dan on his 3-2 win.	Well done to Mr. Aaron Garwood on reaching the final.

Players who made a break of 30 or more on the day automatically qualify for next year's competition. Well done to everyone for making it a really great event. A big thank you to Martin Scott and everyone at Leighton Snooker Club for hosting the event.
