The 2010 AGM was hosted by the Lansdowne Club in Luton. It was a lively event, and as usual after the league matters were discussed, the presentations were made. The outgoing Chairman and Treasurer Mr John McGarry was not present but a message read out on his behalf expressed his best wishes to all in the league. John announced his retirement from the league and everyone wishes him well for the future.

Pictures from the evening are shown below. Well done to all the winners and runners up in what has been a difficult season since a number of clubs were closed last year.

2009-10 Highest Break in Division 2 was

63 by Martin Scott.

2009-10 Highest Break in Division 3 was 38

by S. Reader. His trophy was collected by Martin Scott.

  

 

Pictured above is the Lansdowne Club where this year's AGM was hosted. The South Bedfordshire league would like to extend its gratitude to the Lansdowne Club for the use of its facilities and the excellent catering provided.

John McGarry retired from the South Bedfordshire Snooker League. This presentation award was presented to him in his absence. The South Bedfordshire League would like to thank John for his many years of service both as Chairman and Treasurer and we all wish him well for the future.
